Sheena-Maria's love for the theatre began to bud when she was 12 years old. Close to 30 years later, she has graced many stages as a theatre actress and spoken-word artist. She draws on her experience as a Master's prepared Educator and Coach to support performers with script analysis, character development, and technical performance strategies like breathing, projection, and stage presence.
